[Resolved]  Airtel — Auto renewal of sms pack

I recharged my account for rs.16 for sms pack of 10 days. After that 10 days i recharged for rs.36 which is a sms pack for 30 days. But airtel deducted rs.16 from my balance saying rs.16 is an auto renewal pack. What the hell is this?? They told me i can deactivate the pack but they wont return my talk-time. They said me to dial *333*0# for deactivating. But it says its not valid. Airtel really sucks... Please take prior action their service and make me a way to stop this irritating auto renewals...

Airtel — Unwanted SMS & calls from AIRTEL side & not returning my deposit money

i have deactivated my Airtel Landline phone connection "phone no. [protected] "about 2 year ago, i have submitted their instrument and i aiso have deactivating receipt of my connection but still this company is sending me sms & disturbing calls about my bill, which i have already cleared before deactivation of my connection.They are also not returning my deposit money of Rs.1000.
i have launched many complaints to Airtel but nothing happen and they are continuously disturbing me by sms and threatening calls.
Airtel is a biggest chheater company...all they can do is send threatning calls and people with six pacs at the customer door...they did the same harrasment with my sister...and whn she wrote emails to their internal employees known to her personally...they finally disconnected the number...(after a year)
Jus few day they send a cheq of 400 rs from the 1000 deposit, without any statement, also they had taken isd deposit in the yr 2000...which they cooly kept...hope this company gets a good competatior ...only then things will be straight...

Share this with all ur frens and let them have bad publicity...customer complain ratio 1:10:100:1000:10000...

Airtel Prepaid — Auto Balance cutting

I am facing some problem regarding loosing balane automatically on regular bassis.

Inspite of lodging complain yield no result, only getting falce assurance from duety officers.

Plz return the detucted balance forthwith without any delay.

Airtel — Not returning 1000/-

I am Navneet Singh from Indore (M.P). I want to complain about the bad behaviour an not returning my 1000/- that the "Airtel" agent Sanjay Yadav ([protected]) took from me on 05/04/2010 for providing me 'airtel landline and broadband connection' that he failled to install and when I called him t return my 1000/- he just said tht it return from head office of airtel which is in Bhopal.
Its been a month and he still keep saying this or say it will return in 2-4days and when i said i will launch a complain he didnot talk properly....

Airtel — Auto dialling some number and charging for it

My mobile no is [protected]. Today morning I found some number[protected] dialled from my mobile at 6.55AM and about Rs 50/ deducted from my prepaid balance.
I have not done this call. How did this happen and what protection airtel will give for such auto dialled calls and will they recredit this Rs 50 and odd in my balance back again.
Sometimes, the mobile is totally silent both for outgoing and incoming calls, but charhes Rs1 for every outgoing call that was unsuccessful. Can these be rectified or I be advised the reason for the same?

airtel provider — deactivation of sms booster

i have actived 36rs sms booster last two weeks. but today evening they deactived without any information. sometimes they active some alerts without informing and taking charges for that.for each customer they do like this what about uneducated and without knowledge peoples.. and i call customer care for 1 hour but no response my time waste around 9pm to 10.30pm. am sensitive person.. i got distrubed about this issue. my sleep get spoiled n dinner.. kindly get this issue as serious and please clear this issue..
Please take action on this issue as soon as possible..

Airtel Mobile — recharge SMS (RC-64)

On 01 May 2012 I got my mobile no-[protected] recharged by paying Rs64/- in cash vide TxID [protected] at 11.19AM. In the evening I found that again Rs 64/- has been deducted for SMS package activation without my permission or any activation. Pl refund the amount and stop such services forthwith.

same is the case with me. Big company like airtel shouldn't do such low grade activities. I'm highly disappointed. You guys are CHEATERS ! I'm switching to other network if you are not resolving this problem
I also faced the same problem. They renewed my Rs.26 SMS booster. When I tried deactivating it by sending request to *333*0#, the renewal was deactivated but they didn't refund my balance!! Now there is no SMS pack, no balance also. Then for what my money was taken!!!
my no is [protected] i asked to deactivate my auto renewal sms pack of rs.16. they said it is been deactivated but nothing is been done . continuously they are deducting my balance since one month and i was keeping on calling them to deactivate, they always say it is been deactivated . i lost nearly 50 rupees till now and i want it return and to deactivate as soon as possible or i will surely change my network. real cheaters i have never seen.. because of these customer care peoples airtel loses their valid customers.
Yes..The same with my case. Please take action for this. Each time i have to call the customer care and loose 3-4 rs for deactivating this. Further more they wont deactivate in a single instance. They make me to call them repeatedly 2 to 3 times and after loosing my temper and shouting at them, they deduct the auto renewal and credit the balance into my account. This is cheating. For ex if the rate of a booster is 18 this includes service tax and processing fees. But they deduct 18 rs from our original balance. This inturn has a processing fees because if we topup for 50 it only gives 43 as talk value. So they are placing tax over tax until my money gets drained.

For others who have lost money in auto renewal just shout at the customer care exec..

I have Airtel Prepaid connection and my mobile No is [protected] and my name is Chandra Prakash Jangir.I added a SMS pack to Rs. 36 in last month and inspite of that the charges were deducted to from main balance for every SMS. Today Airtel has auto renew the SMS pack and deducted the charges from my main balance without any confirmation and information from my side.

How can they renew the pack? Request you to please look into the matter.
Worst network ever i seen in my life time is AIRTEL. poor and worst customer service. When ever i try with some kind of issue, Airtel never resolve it. Same problem, message auto renewal, i requested so many times to cancel the auto renewal. even i registered to switch over another network, but airtel simply shutting my mouth by saying some SILLY offers. Please suggesting you guys not to buy AIRTEL, Please do not support AIRTEL, Dont subscribe AIRTEL at any cause. They are beggers to thier own customers, they just running company by cheating the customers fund.
Airtel Customer care really sucks!!!
My ₹95 sms pack was on auto renewal and there was no way to stop it, so i decided to call up the customer care..
One guy at customer care picked up the call and after hearing me told me to wait while he transfers the call to some higher executive, after some 10 minutes of making me wait(which is also charged!) the call was automatically cut!
Next time i called again, they said that sms pack auto renewal is stopped, but again after i manually put a ₹37 sms pack, my ₹95 sms pack was renewed.

Airtel is the only network that charges its customer for calling customer care and it has the worst customer care despite of that!

Please make customer care free as with other networks and stop this ludicrous auto renewal which cannot be stopped! This is day-light robbery!!!
