[Resolved] Airtel — Balance being deducted for no reason | |||
I have a few complaints against Airtel 1) Since yesterday morning a certain amount is being deducted from my balance for no reason. Yesterday it was Rs.0.21 and today I get a pop up message on my phone saying Call Cost: Rs.0.57, Balance: xxxx..Last Call Duration: 00.00.00. What is the meaning of this? I haven't made any calls but still they are deducting money from my account. 2) When I added the STD PACK for Rs. 39/- on Jun 02 2012, it never mentioned the validity of the pack in the confirmation SMS that I received and I assumed it was valid for 1 year. However in the past few days a very high amount is being deducted from my account for STD calls. So Airtel is trying to make more money by keeping customers in the dark about validity of their packs. 3) I had registered for DND many years ago but I still keep getting SMS and unsolicited calls which has become a big nuisance. Just now Rs.4.20 was deducted for no reason..what's going on..every few hours different amounts are being deducted..where..I even mailed Airtel yesterday and there's no response..I'm losing so much money..please respond to my problem asap
