Airtel — balance direction

I am shankar

from past 7 years I am using airtel prepaied sim card
without reason company is didecting balance from my account
and now a days the service is very bad
when I call to customer care I am not getting proper response

I am blind person I dont no to whome I have to aproch
please help me
till now I lost thousands of rupies

if you have friends around you collect them and go to the nearest airtel customer care center and ransack the office. they are real goons and looting people crores of rupees every day. this will be good lesson for them and eye opening of all the customers.
