Dear sir,
Regreted porting to Airtel, was very comfortable using prepaid services, but customer care influnced me about postpaid services, aknoledging them i got it changed from pre paid to post paid,
shoked to recieve thousands of bill end of the month, and i stopped using the services, later on demand i paid Rs 2968/- after they commited to put me back in prepaid service.
and now its amazing that customer care people being so rude to me to provide what they promised. I am loosing all my customer's because of this,

I had very bad experience in Airtel postpaid . I got a connection
If postpaid and my plan was 549/ first month I got 549 bill
Very next month I had received the amount of 1300
Next month I got of January 717 Rs .
February I got shocked I got the bill of 1500 which I have used
The postpaid . When ever I call to customer care or I visit to Airtel
Showroom they tell me thousands of reason
I paid the amount but again they have asked me to pay 549
Which I haven't paid I had compliant so many time but I got a complaint number
Two times by telling it very disconnect .
I hereby request to needful to me or I am going change

Airtel — Provide educated personnel to guide & service the customers
To the HR recruiters of Bharati Airtel Limited.I would like to bring your kind information that pls pls hire a well educated personnel to attend the calls and guide the customers. Persons who attend the call are not so fluent in english and they don't seem to be updated with the current happenings inside your organisation. They just answer like an illiterate and i am very amazed that why airtel is loosing its standard. Didn't expected such a worse service nowadays from airtel. I am planning to change the mobile network very soon if its the same. If someone who really is concerned about providing better service to the customer can look into it and solve the issue.
