Airtel — INCOMPETENCE of Airtel employees

Airtel have no concern or respect for their customers. Being in a customer service industry, there customer service is pathetic they have employees who can barely speak English and their level o[censored]nderstanding is so weak that they rather hire kids who go to good schools coz they know English far better. I'm not discriminating It's just that they don't understand what we are trying to say. I had cald up Airtel to check about the broadband plan which is when I realized I have the worst plan could have because Airtel without bothering to notify me changed my plan and the worst thing is that I have been paying 2500 every month for that plan since 4-5 months when I spoke to the person his reply was very vague "We just decided to change it" When I asked him as to why he didn't have an answer I also told him that We are in the 21st century how tough would it be for company related to the communications field to communicate that they have decided to change the plans for their customers via call, message, update it on the bill or send an email. It shocking to come to know after I called that It has been changed by airtel without any notification to their customers especially customers who have been loyal like me, I'm not happy that this is the way I'm treated for being a loyal customer of airtel he still didn't have an answer but I was glad I got to talk to him because he was last human in Airtel who could understand what I was saying as later I spoke to a lot of people who deserve to go live in another planet, there communication were even beyond animals understanding. Airtel did not have the courtesy to inform that they changed my plan without my permission I requested to talk to a manager which I never got I sent mail regarding where they said they were sorry for the inconvenience but they didn't have any solution for the problem so when I decided to change to new plan there reply was it would be effective from next month they expected me to use the pathetic plan I am currently in and also expect me to pay for it which did not make any sense. Since there was NO solution and I was frustrated with the service I gave up and decided not to bother. But I did send an email about the complaint also notifying them Also wanted to notify you that It is actually very hard to get through the customer service dept, after the phone rings there is no response. The
agents are releasing the calls or putting the customer back to the IVR and
disconnecting the line. When I called for the 3rd time I got to speak to a
human and I'm glad I got to speak to Saddiq.... Please get a system where the
agents can't beat the system as it's easy avoid calls but loyal employees like
saddiq would be suffering as they have to deal with a lot of customers and by
beating they are only putting their own friends into trouble as they have to
work harder. also got to speak to another human which really not happy about calling him that as he acts very cocky with me where he spoke about dreams when spoke about notifying me about change in my plan according to this it is my responsibility to call airtel and check frequently about my plan.

A week later I get this stupid mail from Airtel saying that I have used 100% of my speed ((which is 30GB BUT the fact is it is 50GB according to their new plan)) and the speed would come down henceforth when I cald the person argued about it but later when they realized their mistake he apologized again I requested to talk to manager as I was getting nowhere with these losers So I requested for a call. 3days later When I still didn't get a call I cald back and It is actually very tough to get through these lazy employees as they don't pick up. I sent another mail about it

Though I did try today to give guys one more chance to sort all the issues that have occurred due to your INCOMPETENCE. I got to speak to lady who could barely speak English and also hung up on me and then I got to speak a douche bag called Shivkumar who had me waiting for 10 minutes for transferring who also disconnected the line as well. I guess this is the latest trend in Airtel where hang up on customers again another display of how well your customer service is???? being in a customer service industry and having employees like Manjunath and Shivkumar who are a disgrace to any place they work!!!!!!! I would wanna to talk to a MANAGER If it's not a big deal

In conclusion, This is an example that Indian companies don't concentrate on customer as foreign markets do they ready to take our money and live of[censored]s but when it comes to delivering right results or solving the problems they are the worst. Please don't choose Airtel If you looking to solve all your problems by joining them YOUR LIFE WILL GET WORST!!!!!!

I still don't believe Airtel can do anything I STILL CONTINUE TO FACE MORE PROBLEMS ON A WEEKLY BASIS I FEEL THIS IS WORST THAN GOVT OFFICES.
