Sir,
I am a Airtel customer ([protected]) from last few years-On 17th September 2011 morning I was downloading a Bhajan song from a music site when I found that an sms (AD-54321) came into my mobile inbox and observed that airtel charged me an amount of Rs.70/- for downloading Java games from Airtel. I was surprised and contact with Customer Service (121).But they were denied to refund the same amount, and suggest me that Airtel sent me a push message which I open by OK button that means I request them to download the game in my mobile where I was not found any games.I want to talk with their upper officials, listen and they keep me hold for 20-25 minutes in several times then that call was ended.
From my side,
1. Anytime, I was not given any request for games.
2.If any message came every mobile set, systemically open with D pad/OK button-Airtel taken that opportunity to income money.
3.If any, want to talk with CS executives, providers charged for 0.50paise/3minutes. Airtel keep me in hold for 20-25 minutes.
Request refference no. sent by Airtel after every communication:

Airtel — Unwanted bhajan and SMS from Airtel
Hi Team,(1) From past three months or so I am receiving cricket updates and other subscription messages from AD-54321 automatically without my subscribing to these services. My Number is [protected].
(2) I get an annoying bhajan at around 07:30 am in the morning from +[protected]/ [protected].
Please deactivate all these Messages from AD-54321 and unwanted bhajans ASAP.
Thanks,
Balaji
