[Resolved] Airtel — regarding auto activation of services and subsequent deducted from balance | |||
sir Myself kaushlendra kumar , I am airtel mobile service user.On 20th of oct(1:03 pm) a massage appears on my mobile that my AIRTEL LiveTV sevice has been activated and 40 Rs has been deducted from my accont, although i have not subscribed any such service.I called to cutomer care people twice(deepak sharma and vikash) to inquire about how this could happen without my knowledge? ,they told me that I have subscribed the service but i havnt. I told them to let me talk to their senior ,call was tranferred but no one picked up.I request you to take appropriate and prompt action against the concerned people. I am also suffering from the same problem, company have deducted my 149 Rs. by auto activation of an internet pack by today morning.
