[Resolved]  Airtel Bharti Limited — Bad Coverage- Network Problem

MY complaint is not resolved yet and a week had passed away. This is 2nd time when I am writing to you. Though we are CUG customer, and facing this problem. I wonder what could be the situation of a individual customer.

I am still not satisfy with airtel.

Airtel Bharti Limited — Network Coverage

Dear Sir,

This is now going beyond limits. Nobody is taking my complaint seriously. I have been suffering for last 12 days. I am loosing my business and image just because of such bogus companies.
This is completely contrast to their tv advertisement.
Any ways, I believe that there should be a hard punishment for such companies who is playing and wasting customers money, time and reputation.

Airtel Limited — Network Coverage

I am using an Airtel post paid connection by the No.[protected], almost more than 1 year back I had called the customer care and registered the complaint regarding non receipt of network coverage and there was no response from the company for next 3 months I used to call every day & every time I was assured that the network problem will be resolved in next week.....and that never happened. I had visited the Airtel office for more than 3 times and lastly for fighting for 3 long months some of the Airtel executive visited the residence and checked and found that the area of Banashankari II Stage has got some serious network issues to be addressed.
After 15 days of the visit a network booster was installed at my residence. Soon after i had given my feedback, regarding non satisfaction of the service of network booster.
Subsequently I had also met Mr. Sanjeeb Kalita the customer relations head of Karnataka region. He had assured me that the complaint will be resolved in next couple of months and new site will be installed at the Banashankari II Stage.
Till date there is no progress on the same & I have been following up on the same on a continuous basis. Every time I get an answer that the complaint will be escalated to the technical department. Now I wonder that is there any technical department in the Airtel office??
For the last 3 months I have not paid my Airtel mobile bill and have asked the company to rectify the problem faced and to provide a permanent solution for the network coverage issue.
Now I have noticed that the outgoing call facility on my mobile is barred and I cannot do anything. I had also asked the Airtel officers to waive off the last one year billing against my no. There were numerous telecom conversation on this issue but all unheard.
Is it the responsibility of the customer to make the timely payment of the mobile bills and the service providers to ignore all the complaints and to disconnect the facility for the mistake of their own? Till now I used to make my payment on timely basis, but an attitude like this by a service provider is not justifiable at any point of time.
I am complaining in the forum against the activities of the service provider Airtel, for the unethical practise of the service provider.
The outgoing calls from my number was barred from 15th May 2010 & now the incoming calls are also barred from 8th of June 2010 for the negligence of the service provider.

I hereby plead the court to kindly issue the judgement to the service provider to restore the network service to my number & also to resolve the network coverage problem faced.

Airtel — Non Responsibility for poor Network in our area

Dear Sir,
I have Airtel post paid connection since 1 year, but we(all my Couleages) are suffering from very poor Network of Airtel.
Though we have given so much complain to Representetive of Airtel Customer Care, but no any Saticfactory solution is given by Airtel and Problem is still persist.

we expect little positive responce from your end as soon as posible.

Airtel Bharti Ltd — Complain for poor Network

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Jatin Gondaliya, working at Utran Power house(GEB),Utran,Surat. I (and my most of colleagues) have Airtel post paid connection since long time, but we(all my Colleagues) are suffering from very poor Network of only Airtel in our Area. Due to this problem, we are troubling with our work in day to day office time period.

Though we have given so much complain to Representative of Airtel Customer Care, but no any Satisfactory solution is given from your end and Problem is still persist. If this problem will not solve with some period, then we will change operator (MNP).

we are expected little positive response from your end as soon as possible.
