[Resolved]  Airtel Bharti — Your airtel Bill for Mobile Number: [protected], Bill Date: 24-Apr-2013, airtel Account:[protected]

This is to inform that I, Naushad Ahmad, Account ID #[protected] have been using Airtel Data card since january 2013. The plan that I had activated was Rs 450 with 2GB downloading limit. Now I called Airtel Customer Support on 20th February 2013 to get my Data Plan changed to Rs 650 with 3GB @ 7.2 MBPS & thereafter Unlimited downloading @ 80 KBPS as informed to me by Airtel Employee. I requested him to activate this plan from that billing cycle itself which he confirmed he will. Now I received the latest bill for my Airtel Data Connection and it is very high than expected, i.e Rs 1685.00
Now when I called Airtel Customer support I didn't get any appropriate answer from them. Then I did contact with NODAL and still my complaint has not been resolved. In fact they keep hanging up the phone on me after making me wait for long time. I am highly irritated and feel harassed. I am making this final request from my end to waive off all unnecessary charges that have been levied due to lousy job done by an Airtel Employee whose name I do not remember. I am ready to pay the plan that I requested and was under an impression that it would have been activated already but apparently it wasn't. I am ready to pay Rs 650 + Taxes as applicable but I am definitely not gonna pay a single rupee more than that. This complaint is being sent to NODAL once again and also being forwarded to Consumer Court Forum. Kindly do the needful ASAP as my work is suffering due to negligence by Airtel.

Airtel — Unnecessary charge on mobile for 20-20 updates

I have a prepaid connection of Airtel[protected] and i am using this number for the last 4 years. I am now getting updates on 20-20 match and for each update 3 Rs is getting deducted from my balance. I had called up Airtel 3 or 4 times and each time they told they have unsubscribe the service for me. But every day i keep on getting this sms

Airtel/Bharti Mobile — Bill

I was a customer Airtel/Bharti ahmedabad, Guajarat, but to some discrpanices in bill and bad services i have quit it. I have taken a new number and given to Airtel/Bharti people and ask them to please come down to me and explain about the discrepancies and take your payment. But even we have called them n number of times to Aitel/Bharti people, to remove our doubts and take the payment they didn't come up. Instead some one named Mr. Manoj from Bharti Legal Dept called and ask us to pay the bill, when we explained him all the things, then he started shouting and talked to me in rude manner. Even after repatedly explaining him about the discrepancies he dnot listen to us asked us to pay, then we enquired him whether you are really from Bharti, so provide us with your Emp Id and the place we reach to you at your office, even we asked his full name but he didnot told us, Instead he started shouting and told us that you are fraud and bla bla things which i cannot write in this forum.

Now the interesting part is He called to our family people, friends and those numbers, which were dialled from my number and told people that I have done fraud of Rs 20, 000/- and I am not paying bill of Rs. 10, 000/-. which actually didn't exist.

Here we have not expected such a thing from Airtel/Bharti, Is this the way to treat a customer who had this number for more than 4 years. How the hell they can take our personal numbers and call them and try to defame us. Who has given them rights.

I am mentioning the number of Mr. Manoj from Bharti Legal dept. the number is [protected].

I hope so atleast some action will be taken against him and the company

dear sir,
i'm kannan v, having a postpaid mobile connection in airtel.the number is [protected].from the month of november my phone usage bill has been on the rise.after imposing hundreds as rupees as fine the bill amount now stands near 1937.72 which is nearing my credit limit of rs.2000.but my mobile usage is not as much as this amount and i want you to consider this complaint and to take necessary actions.previously about 2years back i've faced the same problem of airtel imposing a bill of rs.2000 only for messaging charges.that was solved and they accepted that it was their fault.now again the problem has occured with call charges.pleas take necessary actions.thank you.
