[Resolved]  Airtel — [protected] (balance deducted)

The reason to write this mail is that, I am in UAE on international roaming with above mentioned Airtel Number ([protected]).
Few days back my balance was Rs. 300 plus and now its show ZERO. Neither I used it nore did any subscription/activities. I want to know how you people deducted my credit with out any use? Please return my credit immediately.

I got following reply on Mon, 4 April, 2011 2:10:21 PM

"Dear Zaki Al-Hafiz,

Ref: Email dated[protected] regarding balance deduction for your airtel mobile number [protected].

We would like to inform you that your concern towards balance deduction has been registered in our end on[protected].The Service Request Number is [protected].

You will receive the complaint number through SMS and once resolved you will get a confirmation through SMS or Call. We request your cooperation until such time.

We would like to assure you that we have deployed a state of the art system which ensures that no wrong charges are levied on your account.

We hope that we have been able to address your query suitably.

Again my reply to them on Sat, 9 April, 2011 8:28:52 AM
"Today is[protected]as u promise to revert on[protected], still I waiting for your reply."

since then I didn't get any reply. I think they don't have any justification for balance deduction. Neither they are replying me nore refunding. Where can I go for solution?

As I mention above I am on international roaming, and charges to recieve call is Rs 50/100. And Airtel deducted my balance 303.83 and made ZERO balance. Even there is currency I don't like to spend these much. I[censored] really want to solve my problem u can contact with me on [protected]@yahoo.com or [protected].

For ur kind information I am not Blestin Philip, U can c my name I have mentioned above. Why ur addressing me as such unknowing name? One more thing I wrote twice to u (on Tue, 19 April, 2011 12:46:46 PM & Sat, 23 April, 2011 8:48:46 AM) with subject "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MAIL. [|BAL|[protected]|[protected]|]", but neither got any reply from u nor find full solution. Still Airtel didn't refund me full amount. Now let me c what kind of solution u'll provide me.

Still Airtel not solving my problem. They don't have any justification why they deducted my balance & refunded partial instead of full refund. Now since more than one month i am writing neither I am getting proper reply nor solution. I am suffering for Airtel mistake.

On 22nd May 2011 I got credit of Rs. 100.00 which was deducted from my a/c earlier. After getting this credit my balance was 326.87 & on 30 May, 2011 I made one local call here (Operator Etisalat) which should be charge Rs 50 (Ref http://www.airtel.in/applications/xm/intRoamingPrepaidDetails.jsp?CIRCLE=4&COUNTRY=3487&C... as per ur international tariff plan but from my balance you deducted of Rs 150.00 instead of Rs 50.00.
Now again u deducted my Rs 100.00 more.
I am very tiered of following u, may time I sent e-mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com but couldn't get any solution. Please refund me immediately with out delay.

All are same [protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com. No one is replying neither refunding the credit. Such a third class service I have never seen by telecom provider.
Here in UAE there is monopoly in telecommunication still they are giving top class service & you people facing such a tough competition and giving such kind of service.
I don't have any other option to change net provider who is deducting for unnecessary & not even replying.
