my name is imran malik jhakowala i am useing aritel prepaid and my number ( [protected] ) from a year. my problem is that my balance is getting deducted unneccerey and when i am calling customer service number ( 121 ) they r not resoliving my problem and when i am calling them they are keeping my call on hold for 5 to 10 minuts and then they are hung up my call, and once they were rude on me the agentover there he was shouting on me. so plz do take this case very serouisley or ill do something to my self and write a complain for airtel i belive you people will take some serious action andget back to me as soon as posibale. maharastra nashik

Sir mera bill Isake bad pahale Bhi ho chuka hai customer care ka kahana hai ki bill me koi kami nahi hoga.
AirTel — about bill issue
Dear Sir/Madam,Here i have dispute with airtel landine services from October 2009 to till date before october i had plan permonth Rs 750 for unlimited internet. then on october 22, 2009 i had change plan to Rs250 normal plan.
Then they show in november'2009 downlaoding charges which i had not used i had complainted about this issue by email and calling to customer centre till now i didn't get response what they they activate my landline[protected] for 7 days then again they discounted for all month from december to till date they doing this.
Yesterday i recieved call frm faridabad airtel customer the number is[protected] to my mobile number. They talking missmannered and abusing . so told them i don't want to use this connection anymore.
So please sir let me know wat i do with these problem. Awaitting for reply

AirTel — Bill issue
Myself gorakh yadav have a connection of mobile-[protected] last one year.myself botherartion regarding not getting mob bill timely .my point is that last six month follow with airtel customer care but not response.last 12 month of mob bill without complain i have not getting the the bill.some complain no[protected]/21082771
Regarding complain number[protected] one call has been come from airtel and say your mrs received your bill but when asked to mrs that was fake information by airtel.
My purpose is that to receving of bill because need to me reimbursement from company.
This month today is closing date of financial year till not getting bill right now i will not get the reimbursement from our company, who will be responsible for this issue.
