Airtel — Billed wrongly even after disconnection | |||
Hi I was holding Airtel data card internet services with no: [protected] which I had requested them to cancel in the month of Feb 13 as I was unable to use it at all. I called the Airtel customer care and they assured of disconnection. They kept charging after that month and now demand payment of Rs.1766.03 for something which I did not use at all. Everytime I call and ask for the manager, I am given assurance but no call backs till date. I am very disturbed with this practice from Airtel. I heard from other colleagues and friends that Airtel does such a practice and keeps harassing its customers. I also asked them to check previous calls made but they ignore all such requests.
