Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care, i've still not received my bill for the month of april' 09.I was forced to pay the bill by cash based on the sms i received at the outlet.Later on, i got an sms stating that the duplicate bill has been received by me and duly signed for.When i spoke to customer care about it, a guy named "shekhar" spoke very rudely and said that he has the POD number with him that i've signed on the delivery invoice.He went on arguing and said i should check it online.He refused to get the supervisor online saying that he was busy and even refused to divulge his last name saying it was against the company policy.This has become a routine every alternate month.
