Airtel Blackberry — blackberry services is not working

Team Airtel,
i am a airtel customer from last 5years.i had belive in your services and vision to facilitate the customers,but last incident made in doubt that you are not as co-operative and helpful we were.
my blackberry plan was deactivated on 5th aug and i have already complained many a times still there is no response, Please act quickly before i find an alternative for the same. My No is [protected], i seek a quick response.
