DEAR SIR.. THIS IS REGARDING THE BLACKBERRY SERVICES AIRTEL IS PROVIDING. I HAD ACTIVATED THE SERVICES ON 26TH NOVEMBER 2009 AND THE SERVICES GOT DEACTIVATED ON 26TH DECEMBER 2009. SINCE THEN I AM TRYING TO REACTIVATE THE SERVICES BUT NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL. I HAVE VISITED AIRTEL GALLERIES, I AM CALLING IN THE CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL ALMOST EVERYDAY AND I HAVE BEEN TEXT MESSAGING ALSO EVERYDAY IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO HELP. THE ONLY THING I GET TO HEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES IS THAT THE PREPAID SERVER IS DOWN AND THE TECHNICAL TEAM IS WORKING ON IT. THEY DONT HAVE PROPER INFORMATION AS WHEN THE SERVICES WILL GET ACTIVATED. KINDLY HELP. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

i am using blackberry 8700, and i am trying to activate the weekly internet plan of 100, its giving an message stating i have a balance of 0.0 i have a balance of 129, i contacted customer service almost 7 times, they told me contact 7070 but its telling the service is not available on your phone and i again tried to contact the customer service, they transferred me to some technical team, and even they didn't give the information correctly, my work mainly depends on my bb services so please do fix the problem i need my services to work at any cost ph:no:[protected], i also have a reference number i[censored] need:CMOB[protected]...
