Airtel - Blackberry — Charged but plan deactivated. | |||
Dear Sirs, I have been charged Rs.299 for the renewal of the monthly Blackberry plan. which i have now been using for one year. One day before the renewal date, i sent a De-Activation request by SMS to 121 (airtel). But next day i noticed that i have been first charged Rs.299 for the new month, and few minutes later the BB plan was de-activated. I have been complaining them, but i find it very difficult to reach the right person who really has the powers to correct the problem. All the customer care executives will feed you with same excuses and scripted messages, which in real have no solutions for you. Monthly Plan to operate BlackBerry on Airtel — monthly plan charges
Hi, I have been using the montly plan (INR 299.00) for getting my BlackBerry connectes to internet thru Airtel services, since 14th instant. Now i wanted to shift the monthly plan to INR 399.00.I was following up with Airtel customer care center for getting a help in transferring the balance amount from the money deducted from me to shift to new Monthly Plan , so that i can start at early from today
Air tel cust.care is not giving a satisfactory answer and need help, hence, this complaint
