[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Deactivation of connection | |||
Dear sir/Ma'am, I was having an airtel broadband connection with no [protected] in the name of dhaval kishor gore, address : b-18, 5th floor, kumar prangan, karvenager, pune : 411 052. I had a yearly plan for broadband connection. I had made a yearly payment to bharti airtel limited vide dated 15/2/2010. I DID not want to continue with the services and as such I had put the cancellation request on 28/1/2011. I registered another request on 8/2/2011. First request was not considered and 2nd request was confirmed in a month's time. Customer care personnel confirmed the cancellation on phone and deactivation procedure was completed and the connection with above number has been cancelled. In spite of this, I am getting bills for the airtel broadband and calls from airtel regarding the payment of bills. Today I received a call from the lawyer that legal procedure against the collection has been started. I am unnecessarily getting harassed and suffering from the peace of mind. my num is [protected] connection is name of vinoth kumar my alternative num is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@yahoo.com, i have given complain on 14/05/2011 .reference no : 46349608 still they not solve the my problem.so i given deactivation request reference no is :46833044 .still now there is no respones in customer servies please deactive my num immediately so please needful
