[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Airtel is not fixing the landline/broadband connection issue | |||||
Hi, Here is the summary of my suffering: I have airtel boradband connection and as per the connection plan I have a landline also. 1) From 20th May'13 my landline stopped working. I thought it might be some minor technical glitch, so didn't bother as I have great faith in Airtel service. But after 2 days when it didn't get fixed, I raised a complaint. and to my surprise they closed it next day stating resolved without calling or informing me. On 23rd when i again call up the call center to know the status of the complaint i got to know this story. So they again created a ticket and told it'll be fixed in 24 hrs. This way i have accumulated 4 tickets :)) .. But the problem still persits. Here is my ticket nos: 33135532,33306796,33740642,33893650 :(( . Till now i had great experience with Airtel and always told my friends about their prompt service. But now onwards, I'll surely think before I talk. Hope to see the issue get fixed. Thanks, Airtel engineers for fixing the problem and also for updating the status in this complaint page. I do agree that some technical problem need time to rectify, that's OK. Please inform customer about the problem. But just for namesake please don't close the ticket stating fixed. Anyway, now the issue is fixed.

Dear sirThis is the ref with my broad band & lend line connection no[protected] was out of order from 3/5/2011 for three day I informed regarding this matter on 4/05/2011 through my mob no [protected].company solved my problem 7/5/2011.This three days I could not worked. Why I should pay rental amount for this three days.whil you have given monthlu bill of 30 days. I am not proper connectivity of net connection. kindly solve my problem and correct my bill
