[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Very Rude to the customer | |||
Hi, I have applied for Broadband connection last week through calling [protected]. This guy was not picking my call I had been trying for 2 days and then I called him in another number and he took the phone and told me that he was talking to other customers so thats why he did not picked my call. Then got a message from Airtel saying that I will get the connection within 3 days however I did not get. Today morning I called him and he told that he will give me the update in one hours time but he did not called, so I called him @ 1 Pm and he was talking very rude to me saying that I thought of helping you to get the connection now let us see how will you get the connection. I'm going to file a Case against Airtel for doing this. I called up the customer care and he informed me that it will take time and he cannot assure me that when this will happen.
