Bharti Airtel — Refund not made till date

till date a refund of Rs.311.33 on my mobile beariang no.[protected] due on 21/07/2010 has not been paid to me.

Kindly look in to the matter urgently.

Also add the delay payment amount till the date of payment, as this is the
practice at your end.

Dear Sir,


I am Suvarna Ganesh Nayak writing this mail from Au Dhabi, U.A.E. Disconnection of the post paid mobile no. [protected] was done on 21st July 2008 at 4.10pm at your Jayanagar 3rd block showroom. The disconnection request number is 17580369. Though it was disconnected on 21st July 2008 I had been
billed wrongly from July 2008 to June 2009 . Moreover, you have not refunded the security deposit.

At least 100 of mails have been sent to different customer service team. 3applications have been submitted since March 2009 at your Jayanagar show room and Bangalore office. I request you to sort out the issue at the earliest and transfer the security deposit with 2 years interest to my account at the earliest.
