Hi, Issue : March 1st (456875) complaint for closing airtel broadband the connection a.c no:15281755, connection not closed so far. and continuously getting bill. March 1st [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] 456875 - Connection closing request since am going in vocation for 2 months. March 7th to 11th and 14th 16 [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] - Received call from redemption department, They asked me the reason for closing connection. I told i don't want to pay for not using Internet. - They told they can move me in to low rental plan for the period, after i can continue on my old plan ( which is high rental) [protected]. - 300 rs charge waived for two months. - Back from vocation [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] [protected]/04) - (Cancel request given removed phone model from my home), [protected] Issue transferred to specialized department(asked for closing connection, They p). 19 May [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] 11106879, 11106872 - Plan change given by redemption, if only bill waived i will continue the connection after plan changed., May[protected] - last request to air tel from my side for closing connection.
