Airtel / Broadband — Billing issue | |||
Hi, Hi This is nagarajan.K, I have been too much irritated with Airtel Broadband bill mess. Actually i got the airtel connection on[protected], But I got the bills from[protected] to[protected], during these date I have not got the connection from airtel. And they sent one more bill, which is billing period from[protected] to[protected] and in this bill name which they mentioned is not me, that is something "Ummadi Praveen Kumar". In this bill I have been charged for some shifting charges, which they have not informed me during the installation. I got totally fed up with this service, every day i used to receive a call from their customer care, they are asking the same question but the issue is not yet resolved. Hi Airtel please provide me the bill from[protected] to till date on my name and show me the breakup. I am ready pay the bill. Dont irritate me anymore. otherwise Please take away the connection.
