[Resolved] Airtel / Broadband — Broadband Not working from last 6 days | |||
Hi, I am using Airtel Broadband from last 2 years but from last 6 days, I am not able to use internet. I have opened 2 CSR but no one visited yet to solve the problem. 21310438 on 04 Sept, 21493834 on 07 Sept. I am getting calls from Airtel numbers that someone will check your broadband but no one has come yet. Please help how to escalate to further levels to get this thing done.
