[Resolved] Airtel / Broadband — BROADBAND SERVICES DEACTIVATION | |||
I am using airtel fixed line broadband services . It was during the 2nd week of june that the sevices were barred due to internal cable damaging in the apartment . The services were resumed after re-routing the cable during the 2nd week of august . But the services were found de-activated due to non-payment of bill which was around 4000 rs for the last 3 months . However , a waiver assurance was given by the airtel guy of amount 1500 and i was told that with payment of rs 2500 my service ll be activated in half an hour . I made the payment on the spot but its been 5 days that the services are still barred . The customer care says that the waiver request has been initiated but unless the billing department confirms the waiver of rs 1500 my services ll not be reactivated because the system is showing it as bill pending amount.After contacting the airtel guy , he says that he has given the waiver of rs1500 and services ll be activated in few hours . These few hours have now become 5 days so far . Customer care says that from their end the waiver request is initiated and from server end the services need to be activated . My trouble is that no one is capable of solving my problem . Everyone is assuring me services re-activation in few hours but no positive effect seen so far . I was using airtel fixed line broadband services but now I want to deactivate the broadband and fixed line services of airtel as soon as possible. Kindly disconnect it.
