I have been facing numerous issues with airtel broadband.
My account number is [protected]_kk and I have placed 8 service requests to rectify a connectivity issue.
You know what airtel DID ?
they charged me 2000 every month and I paid it. And after my last request they went ahead and disconnected the line accepting that they have a pathetic network without having the ability to fix the problem.
I want to take them to court now for lack of service.
This was my final email to them on dec 6th.

so far whenever I place a complaint the airtel tech does something at the junction box located in the next building and the problem gets rectified and then after a days time the same problem is back again.
I have spoken with numerous customer services reps and even one of your managers named mudassir who promised me that airtel had a big network backbone and will also fix the issue and not let customers face any kind of issues. I now understand that your service is nothing but .
I have been paying around rs 2000/- Every month for not having a broadband connection from airtel which is a joke.
I want you to immediately disconnect my connections and stop billing as you guys are in capable of fixing issues related to your own network and I have been repeatdly telling you guys that if the problem is not fixed then I will disconnect as the internet connection is of no use to me.
I also do not understand how the service requests keep getting automatically turned as resolved even without bothering to check with the customer if he is still facing any issue or not.
I am still not able to understand what kind of people you have working in airtel who do not seem to even understand that the customer has been complaining about the same issue over and over again so there must be some problem and someone needs to work on it and instead of sending me nonsense emails.

I still wonder how the concern was resolved without actually fixing any problems. Do you have magicians working at airtel ????
so as you are incapable and handicap organization which can only bill customers and collect rs 2000 but not provide any internet connection kindly disconnect my internet.

ha ha ha instead of even bothered to try to fix the problem they just went ahead and disconnected and claim now that they will send me a final bill and I must clear my dues immediately .
Is this airtel goondagiri now ?
I really hope other service providers learn from airtel behavior and works on saving all the existing customers from this kinda rude torturous service.
They did not even have the courtesy to try to resolve the issue even after 8 requests which spanned over 2 weeks. They took my money and left me high and dry !

Plz resolve the issues because otherwise I am thinking to change the Inetrnet service provider .
