Your installation personell visited our office on 15.11.2008 and informed that they were unable to provide connection due to non availability of DP.. hi sir,
last month ie., feb 15 only i changed Rs.250 plan ... but i got online job right now ... so that right now i need to change the plan with
512 kbps, unlimited downloads (Rs. 1099) plan... but in the customer care centre, they told that i changed my plan in the last 15 days only..
so they asked me to send a request for this mail address...
so pls sir/madam... its very urgent for me to change the 1099 rupees plan... so pls do the needful as soon as possible ...

Bharti Airtel — NON INSTALLATION OF BROADBAND
I have applied for a broadband connection on[protected] in the morning and made payment also. I was promised by the company executive Mr Naveen Tiwari that the installation will be done on the same day, but could not. When I contact him in this regard he keep on promising every time that it would be done in an hour or some other. Finally on saturday evening he again promised to install in the Sunday morning but did not and not even picking up his mobile phone. This is an act of cheating with the customer which company and its executive are doing.42%

Airtel Broadband — Unable to provide connection
I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 19 th nov 2009.The agent told us that he will providing the connection within 10 days and asked for an amount of 3400 for the connection .But the sad situation is even after almost 2 months there is no response from either the agent or airtel. I registered a complaint with airtel and they gave us a complaint no.26993490,after that there is no response from them.
