i called many times to customer care for activate my password for acess my accont on line but i cant get password for no.[protected]

Iam staying in chennai, and applied for Airtel broadband connection on 10.09.2009.Marketing excutive confirmed it will be done with in 5 working days, but 10 days left not yet done, i checked with [protected], they said wait for another 10 days...My connect form no 860768, i dont want ur connection, deact the process immeadetly...
