Its Me Ajeet Singh. I have been using airtel Broadband connection since last year My tel ph. no is -[protected], I have been using the airtel 999 Combo plan with 6GB of free DSL usage with 2Mbps speed for past one year or so. My average bill amount always has been in the range of INR[protected]. The bill generated for last month however is exorbitantly high, the amount is INR 11835. Airtel has recorded very high DSL usage for last billing cycle and the DSL usage split up which has been shown in the bill is highly impossible. I had raised a complaint regarding this around last week (compplaint number:24892722, executive name: amrita). I was told that I would be contacted by 08th. of October by the customer executive, but noone has bothered to call me back about my query yet. Was this information helpful? | |
