[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — worst airtel broadband,ayanavaram
i am the customer of airtel broadband with number before 11 days my neighbour also want to give broadband connection but i done a great mistake i should have refer him any other good network who knows the values of customers(reliance or tata or bsnl also) i registered for net connection in net immediately one useless sales officer named Mr.Kandaiah,ayanavaram chennai came and collected sum of 3500reupees and went by promising 13th octobor evening itself we will get broadband connection but now 10 working days over no single call from airtel we got and evryay when calling to that man kandaiah he gave very irresponsible answers which hurt us very much even we are central Govt employee after all one irresponsible speaking lik this it will happen only in airtel.then after 9 days we dint get connection i gave complaint to airtel broadband care and nodal officer south but they are another useless fellows even not replying for my mail and i gave direct complaint with manager Mr.Subramaniam also he promised necessary action will be taken but no single call from airtel.After giving complaint to nodal officer i called to Mr.kandaiah,sales officer ayanavaram area,chennai and asked i gave complaint to nodal officer i need refund my money but for that that useless uneducated fellow told nodal officer or any officer cant do me anything and you can do anything watever you can i wont care about anybody in airtel and you can cancel your connection no prob for me and no profit for me i got shocked after hearing this words from airtel employee and its very much paining for me. and i gave complaint on him again to airtel nodal officers but no single call i got from airtel..in airtel nodal offivers arte afraid of sales officers especially Mr.kandaiah a powerful person in airtel chennai. so people never go to airtel my money lost and my peace lost and if you want to get insult from afterall sales officer you can go for airtel.People in ayanvaram beware of airtel broadband very very very worst customer service.useless nodal officer for south.Recently i gave same complaint with Bsnl for one of my friend after one day i got nearly 50 calls from officers best BROADBAND CONNECTION.go for bsnl.my complaint number is[protected].PEOPLE PLZ DON SURRENDER MONEY TO mR.kANDAIAH THEN YOU HAVE RUN BEHIND HIM.
