[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — BEING HARASSED BY AIRTEL RECOVERY AGENTS ON CALL/HV PAID ADJUSTED BILL EVN AFTR NON PROVINDNG BB SERVICE

HAVE COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL SINCE JULY'09 FOR NON ACTIVATION OF 649PLAN INSTEAD OF 799PLAN , AND WRE NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE OF BROADBAND SINCE LONG TIME AND HAVE COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME MANY TIME TO CUSTOMER CARE AND EVEN TO RECOVERY AGENT SO GET MY BB FIXED AS LING/DSL LIGHT KEEPS ON BLINKING AND GOES OFF TOTALY.
HAD A BROKEN WIRE N TO SENT SOME TECHNICIAL AGENT TO COME N FIX IT , BIT NONE OF THESE THINGS WERE TAKEN CARE AND THEY KEEP ON HARASSING FOR PAYMENT OF BILLS WCH WRE CHARGED AS PER 799PLAN EVEN AFTER GIVING WRITTEN REQUEST TO A PERSON WHO CAME N COLLTED PAYMENT NAMED MR.KRISHNA.
SINCE NOV TILL YET 2010 MY BB SERVICES WERE NOT FIXED OR ELSE WRE STOPPED EVEN TELLING THEM FOR WITHDRWAL OF SERVICES BY ME.
I MADE PAYMENT ON DEC'09 AGANT BILL OF OCT/NOV BOTH WITH ADJUSTMENT OF 900RS ON 2100RS DUE NON PROPER SERVICES N CHNGED OF PLAN,SOME TL CHAUDHARY GAVE ME ADJUSTMENT N SAID THT AFT 900RS WE WUD GIVE U 649PLAN FRM DEC N ON, BUT AGNT ALL THE THING WERE SAME ,
I M BEING TORCHED BY AIRTEL BB RECOVERY PEOPLE FOR PAYMENT OF BILL AND EVEN GETTING BILL DATA ON MY EMAIL EVEN AFTER TELLING THEM TO STOP THE SERVICES IN D MONTH OF DEC'09 AND JAN10.
BILL IS BEEN GENERATED BY THESE OWN WISH N THERE OWN PROCEDURE WCH I TOLD THEM THT I DNT WANNA CONTINUE WITH AIRTEL AS WITHOUT GETTING SERVICES N PROPER SATISFACTION OF BB SERVICE , I DNT WANNA USE BB.......STILL THING R SAME FROM AIRTHEL BB

ITS A MENTAL HARRASMENT FOR ALL O[censored]S IN FAMILY, ON 9TH APRIL 2010 IN THE AFTERNOON ON OUR OFFICIAL-BUSINESS LANDLINE[protected] WHICH IS NOT MY PERSONLA CONTACT NUMBER"ITS BUSINESS LANDLINE NUMBER WHICH IS NOT AT ALL LINKED WITH ME".
WE HABE GOT A THREATENING FROM A GIRL WHO CALLED UP AND ABUSSED SO DAMN BADLY TO THE POEPLE WHO PICKED UP AND EVEN TO MY MOTHER, DAD AND EMPLOYEE WHO ARE WORKING IN .
THERE A FEMALE IN RECOVERY CENTRE, WITH HER I HAVE CLEARED EVERYTHING WHAT ALL I WAS GOING THRU IN DEC 2009 N JAN-FEB2010 N SHE ABUSED ME IN THT MONTH AS WELL.
SHAMELESS N UNACCEPTABLE LADY.
SHE CALLED UP N SAID FALSE WORD N USED CHEAP WORD/LANGUAGE WITH MY FAMILY PEOPLE ON 8TH APR'10.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SUCH A GOOD BRAND "AIRTEL" COULD KEEP SUCH A CHEAP N MANNERLESS, UNACCPTABLE GILR WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH ANYBODY.
