Sir I have a broad band connection and ever since I got one it has hardly been worthwhile. Mostly it connects to a low signal strength...so even when I get no activity from the service I get billed as the system says I am connected. I have waited connected whole days waiting for the signal strength to increase in vain. Rich company scamming the poor to get richer by cheating it seems. Now I want to discontinue the service and am unable to because I can't find any place to put my request in. Since long time iam keep on complaining that the above mentioned connection with brodband under the plan of six months billing process. then why now the bill has been arised monthly??
Please rectfiy the same and bill me as earlier as six month billing cycile with all the benifit avil.
