[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Indecent collection employees | |||
Hello, I was using Airtel Broadband with 2 MBPS, i was offered a free modem at first month ( FEB 2011) In august '11 the modem got repaired and AIrtel suggested to get it rectified with its service center, but the vendor told he can't as its 5 year old one Airtel did not respond properly and i got irritated and disconnected the connection Now after 4 months, a collection executive called me and told to pay outstanding bill( which was charged for unused connection ) and i told i will pay later. Today she was calling my friends and relatives from my old phone records and spoke like a .. Talking rubbish to my family members .. Is this the way to behave? I lost my hope with AIRTEL from this moment My decision to go back to AIRTEL is dropped. I will be happy if AIRTEL can take necessary action against the lady. Bala Was this information helpful? | |||
