AirTel — Broadband Connection Not Transferred
I have applied for a transfer of my AirTel broadband (Phone Number [protected]) on Jan 8, 2011 to my new address at #29, 2md Floor, 15th Main, 9th Cross, BTM 1st Stage, Bangalore 29. After so many follow-ups I got to know that initially the address was noted wrongly. Then they rectified the issue and the technician never came to my house. The reason I asked a person to come to my house to check the availability is that there is already AirTel connection in my room and that works. I just want you to transfer it to my name.People are not understanding this simple thing and telling me that “no port is available”. Port is already there and it ends at my room.
Eventually when I requested for a new connection – a person came to my house and told that the port is available I will get the new connection. When I asked about the OLD connection transfer – he said it will not be done.
I wonder why AirTel is not interested keeping their existing Corporate Customer.

Airtel Broadband Connection — Connection not transfered
Hi,I was using airtel broadband services for 2 years. Recently I relocated in the same city. I requested for change of connection. but it couldn't be transfered in three weeks, though they promised to transfer in 2 days. They only made false promises every time.
This is the worst service I ever faced.
