[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband Connection — not disconnect connection after noted by phone

i inform to disconnect net around 9 aug.2010 (ticket no. 1169393 or 116G393)
call attender say your net disconnect with in 7 days and no any application required for disconnet your net , after this no any person send by company , and net not disconnect by company, and this net not use by me .

this person given wrong information about 500 rs. of wifi is refundable

Airtel Broadband — Disconnected from 15 days

My Landline and Broadband services are not working from 15 days, have called the helpdesk mulitple time, have written to even Nodal office but no one has yet turned over to resolve the issue and I keep getting misleading emails suggested the issue is fixed. (Land line no.[protected]
