Airtel Broadband — Damaged property and put lives at risk | |
I ordered a broadband connection.
LIES UPON LIES
What the salesperson promised were lies. When they came to install, I got a completely different picture about several things.
DAMAGED PROPERTY
After fiddling around with the wiring in my apartment for 24 hours, Airtel declared that the wiring in my apartment in not good enough for Airtel broadband connection. In the process, they;
a) Broke the Switch Board
b) Broke the voice ports plate
c) Made dysfunctional the intercom service (to the security guards in the apartment block)
PUT LIVES AT RISK
By doing the above, Airtel has put my family's lives at grave risk.
This is causing deep mental trauma and a lot of wastage of time with no resolution in sight. I would like Airtel to repair the damages and the intercom immediately. I will follow it up with damages claims amounting to close to Rs. 5 lacs.
