[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Internet not working and phone dead

Eversince I have put up my Airtel Braodband I have been facing probles with it. First the wifi box was faulty with the gadgets in my house not being able to connect to it... had to switch it on and off several times till the connection was made. This happened for 5 months. Then the box was finally changed. The new box tough connected to the gadgets used to break its connection with the internet every couple of hours badly effecting my games online. The service provider's agent came and visited my home on 11th May and said that there was a problem in the line in the area and would take 2 days to settle. AHe fiddled my settings too. After he went my connection with the internet started breaking every 10-15 minutes. I have been complaining daily but no action is being taken.
Yeaterday (16th June 2011) my landline stopped working too. There is no ringtone and neither can I dial a no#. I was promised a person would come by 3 pm today, but NOTHING has happened. I do not have my landline to complain too now.

Airtel is a real frustrating Co. and it sucks!

I want my entire months bill reversed.

Airtel Broadband — Uneducated executives

Airtel called my friend, who has recently cancelled his airtel broadband and promised a new broadband plan.. He reffered me and the connection was given to me.. But the plan was not like the one they had promised.. So i lodged a complaint with their customer care ( Ref No[protected] and they migrated me to a new plan which was not the plan they promised.. Again i lodged a complaint (Ref No[protected] and it is still in progress.. Whenever i call their customer care they'll give confusing replies and they 'll keep on taking complaints.. No complaints were resolved perfectly.. I have mailed their Nodal Officers too. No response from them...Could anyone suggest me on how to approach the Court for their cheating??

Airtel — Dead after collecting money

I wish to get a airtel Broadband connections. I called up them and gave all my documents & cheque for Rs 899 on June 5 2011. They had my cheque clearance on the next day(superfast).Still they didn't get back to me. Are they all Dead.?

What about my previous complaints... appx 30 of them. Please pull out your call recordings from your Call Centre. My mobile # [protected] is registered with you and all your smses and and complaint status keep coming on my mobile... so how can you say that you have difficulty contacting me. Wat is your entire back end team doing on my complaints? Can you not get in touch with them? My landline #[protected] is also dead for the past 6 days now too!
You have my address too so why can't you depute someone to come over and resolve.
Now you have all my details... I want to know what will you do?
What recourse do I have? What about all this mental tension and harassment I have faced??
Why do you people commit and not deliver or at least inform if something commmited is not going to happen.
I feel this mail of yours is just another attempt of shrug off from responsibility and accountability.
So the last line itself of you being commited to solve my issues is a blatant open lie which the entire netizens can see.

Hats off to all you people at Airtel. I am yet to see the light of day of my complaint's solution.
My landline was dead from 11th June to 11th July( in addition to the woes of my broadband issues).There was some problem in the line and the entire apartment's phones were out I am told by your people.I had asked for a refund of my money. I was first told that it would happen once the problem was solved. The phone got working on 11th July. I contacted your tea; they said the refund would happen after the bill would be generated. Again I asked on the 26th of July 2011 at 9:30 am( spoke with Niharila) and I got the complaint no #1278470. To date there has been no refund. I called your call centre yesterday and they a Mr Deepak Srivastava told me at 8:57 pm that my complaint was closed as done !!! I asked hom to reopen the complaint and asked for my refund again. I have this new complaint # 3078250. He promised that someone would call by 5:30 pm the 28th and yet noone has got in touch with me.
I ask you what are you doing about my issues? I demand a refund. You people are just trying to wear me out by not listening and delaying things hoping I will give up. I know the mess your industry is in but do not cheat us of our money for that.

There is no reponse from Airtel at all now.
I am now left with no alternative but to seek legal options now.
Since the past few months, I have been trying to speak to your executives at the call centre. Though I can access the IVR, I cannot speak to your executives. I know that there is a facility wherein certain numbers can be barred so that one cannot speak and converse directly with your executives. I fear that this has been done with both my numbers [protected] and [protected].

Airtel executives, customer care people, nodal team, appellate team all are dumb uneducated employees! So, I doubt they will understand your problem!
AIRTEL IGNORE THE CLIENTS.AFTER RECEIVING COMPLAIN NO ACTION HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY THE COMPANY.THEY ARE VERY SERIOUS TO COLLECT MONEY, NO INTEREST SHOWN TO PROVIDE MINIMUM SERVICE.
