[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — Executives doesn't have sufficient information

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

A customer executive has took the money for a new broadband connection and after three days after trying for so many times he connects us to the technical department and these people say "we don't have feasibility in your area, sorry for the inconvenience" and the executive is saying he needs 20 days of time to return the money.......The executive has to have the knowledge on the areas that are covered under the broadband.....this lack of knowledge leads to the wastage of time of the customer.

The company has to take serious action regarding this

This is the worst scenario...how does a very reputed company recruit such people as executives. They should train those people in all aspects and give information to them regarding each and every thing present.

Its very bad, as multi national company doing such type of silly things leads waste of time and reduces trust on AIRTEL.

Ya I am also face this problem venkat know i am using Beam cable, in hyderabad beam servies is very good then you people choose Beam cable is beter
Yes i agree with you Mr. Venkat, the Airtel people should consider such things, but they fail in doing so...
I really can't believe airtel doesn't consider such things...its a very huge company and it has to take care of all the small things to maintain its reputation. I thought i was the only victim...Airtel please take care of these things
This is the worst one i have ever seen. Airtel is a very huge company and it always show's off by saying it has almost 90% coverage in INDIA, but its not even covering the whole Hyderabad...i also got the same problem...

I am from Bangalore and i too faced a problem like this, when it comes to taking the money they come like pizza delivery boys, and while returning they are behaving like government employees. AIRTEL please take care and make broadband available to all or train your people where it not present.
I am also from hyderabad, airtel has done the same thing to me not only in broadband but also in postpaid and prepaid. Even though we don't subscribe to any services money is getting deducted from our account and executives doesn't have the needful information.
it is worst case how can they come and take money without knowing their coverage area making customers fools this not a right thing to do by AIRTEL employees
i am sekhar from hyderabad, a person has come to my home after i inquired about the plan and made me fill the details and took money, documents. now they are saying no coverage at our area...and the person who took money is not responding correctly.
