[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — false promise and refused to give connection | |||
Last week, I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection and the airtel exeuctive contacted and took 501 rupees along with documentation. He promised that connection will be given in 48 hours. It's been 8 days now and nothing happened. Today I called customer care and came to know the they are not giving connection to me and didn't quote any justification. Process is total rediculous. Moreover they haven't informed me about the status. I ended up calling many airtel people and none of them given proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel — Refusal to give information
I called 121 thrice asking for details.The first time i'm given wrong information.
The second time i get hung up on.
The third time the supervisor comes on line and says he cannot give out information.
I have a prepaid and all i need to do is get it converted to a postpaid but they just dont care b'coz i guess they have too many customers and they dont care about their corporate customers.
