Airtel Broadband — Unwanted Plant Upgradation | |||
I have Airtel Broadband installed at my home with Phone number - [protected]. My problem is that they have upgraded my broadband plan without any prior notice and which have caused me to pay extra 100+rs per month. My plan was and unlimited plan with speed of 512kb/sec till 10GB and 256kb/sec after that but now they have upgraded it to 2mb/sec for 10GB and 256kb/sec after that. My problem is that i was able to consumer an appreciable speed of 512kb/sec for minimum of 15 days a month but now due to 2mb/sec speed my high speed data limit use to get end within the first week of month. I have contacted costumer care many times but they are not willing to give any positive response to my problem. Either they have to reinstate my old plan or i want the high data usage to be upgraded to 20gb under my current plan. Hope airtel will do something about it or i will be hitting consumer court soon.
