[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Frequent net disconnection | |||
I have purchased a Airtel broadband connection 1 month back. It worked for a few days well then I started experiencing frequent net disconnection. I have lodged the complaint 3 times but still no action. My last 3 complaints regarding the same problem are 21641684, 22193370 and 22292820. Also complaint 21641684 and 22193370 were marked resolved without asking me if the problem is solved. I registered my first complaint on 12th sep 2012, second on 20th sep and 3rd on 22nd sep. I am fed up with pathetic airtel service. Also how come airtel service guys are closing complaints without any action. This is really disgusting for any customer care service department.
