[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Harrasment from Airtel | |||
I was using Airtel broadband connection since last 1.5 years. But was facing poor internet speed also couple of months back Airtel increased its rental. I started calling Airtel from October 2013 to disconnect my connection, and everytime Customer representive tells me that retention dept will call me. But I never got any call from them. I called Airtel in every 10-15 days. Meanwhile Airtel generated 2 bills. Finally I called Airtel for closing my account, again they told me same that retention department will call me. But this time I told them to atleast raise account closure request and provide me with the request nbr. Finally after 15 days my account got closed. Now they started calling me to pay bill amount. By now they generated in total 3 bills already. I told how to pay bill as I can't pay it thru online. They told me that collection person will come an will collect the money. Next day when collection department guy I told that I have some deposit with airtel as well, so he told me do one thing your bill amount is 3k, deduct 500 and pay 2500. Which I payed and got proper aitel receipt also. I thought that I an done from my side now. But again Airtel started callling that when are you going to pay remaining amount. And tody they sent me a mail that if you don't pay within 1 week we will take legal action aganst me Was this information helpful? | |||
