[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — extra charges are getting added in every bill | |||
Hi, I am really fed up with the services I am getting from Airtel brodband. From last 6 months they are keeps adding extra call charges in my bill. This time also they have added 40.70 Rs. When I called them they said our system is down. This is not a first time. From last 6 month I am calling them and asking them to revert these charges and every time they said this will not repeat again. I don't know how many users are facing this problem and they don't know that they are paying extra money. I START MY NEW CONNECTION OF BROADBAND WITH AIR TEL [protected] WITH FROM HIS SALES PERSON MR. DEEPAK KUMAR ON 24/05/2010 WITH THE PLAN OF RS.500/- WITH THE ADVANCE OF RS. 1500/- AFTER THAT THERE IS NO BILLS TO ME I REQUEST TO MR. DEEPAK PLEASE PROVIDE ME BILL SO THAT I SEE WHT AMOUNT ADJUSTED IN BILLS OUT OF RS. 1500/- (AS ADVANCE) NO PPOSTIVE REPLY FROM HIM AND I STARTED MAIL TO 121 CUSTMORE CARE 0N 29/06/2010 TO TILL DATE THERE IS SO MANY MAILS TO 121 AFTER THAT I MAIL TO NODAL OFFICE CHANDIGARH ON 26/10/10 ALL THESE MAIL AND CALL TO MR DEEPAK THERE IS NO POSTIVE REPLY TO ME. AFTER THAT THEY CALL TO ME FOR BILL PAYMENT EVERY DAY EVEN THREE TO FOUR CALL, I REQUEST TO EVERY CALLER PLEASE PROVIDE ME BILLLS SO THAT I WILL PAY BILLS, NOW I AM VERY MUCH DISSAPOINTED ABOUT THE SERVICE OF SUCH BEAUTIFUL BRAND NAME, I AM VERY MUCH INTERESTING TO COUNTIUE BUT ITS VERY HARD FOR ME WITHOUT BILL HOW CAN I PAY THE BILLS.
TODAY MORNING MR ANIL CALED ME FROM LUDHIANA OFFICE, HE TALKED WITH ME VERY ROUDLY
I INFORMED TO HIS INCHARGE MR RAJIV AND MR VISHAL IN LUDHIANA OFFICE ABOUT THE MISSBEHAVE AND RUFF LANGUAGE OF HIS EMPLOYEE ANIL KUMAR.
SO MY DEAR SUGGEST ME WHT CAN I DO KNOW IF ANY KIND OF LATE FEES OR PENALTY TO ME I AM NOT READY TO ALL THINGS.
IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTING TO SOLVE THIS MATTER I WILL BE QUIT
BUT ITS VERY SAD FOR ME
