Airtel Broadband — Issues with cancellation of Airtel Broadband | |||
Hi, I was holding a broadband connection with Airtel (number : [protected], account number :[protected]. In Feb 2012, I have raised a request for transferring the connection from JP Nagar to Kanakapura Road. They did it on time, but from the next day onwards the link was down. I had raised multiple tickets for resolving the issue. Nobody looked into this problem and finally in March 2012, I had asked them to terminate the connection. They asked me to pay around Rs 200/- and i paid it in April. But after that, i am getting the bills every month. I again reported the issue to them and asked to close the connection in June 2012. They did not took any actions. For the whole duration the usage was zero as the link was down. Now they are asking me to pay the bill for the entire duration and threatening about taking legal action against me. All the service request numbers i have raised till now have been deleted from their back end, unfortunately i didn't noted down them. Please help me !!! Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
