[Resolved] Airtel Broadband Landline Connection — Connection transfer request
We had airtel broadband connection with ph no. as[protected] at Greater Noida, U.P.. Recently we shifted to Janakpuri, New Delhi on 07-Nov-09 and we logged complaint with airtel customer care for transfer of connection request on 06-Nov-09 vide service request no[protected]. After logging complaint, nobody from airtel came for disconnection at Greater Noida. We ourself disconnected the line and again requested with customer care for the activation of the same at New Delhi. We are constantly making calls to customer care requesting them to send executive at our place for activation but nobody is coming. It has been more than a month following up with them but there is no response. After speaking to the manager named Sachin on his landline no.[protected] so many times also, no body is coming. Upon discussion with Sachin, he said your timings are odd so we cannot send anybody. We all are working members and can be available only by 7.30 p.m.. We said atleast you can take this as an exceptional case as this has been pending for so long without attending. The big telecom service provider, AIRTEL, can send executives at even 9 or 10 in the evening, had this been a new connection case. But ours is a transfer, which is cost free, these people are creating unnecessary trouble for us. Request you to pls intervene and help us.
