Airtel / Broadband — Broadband not working properly

I have been using [Impatience 1399 broadband plan] for the last 3 to 4 months but for the last few days,"I am not getting the download speed as per mentioned in your [Impatience 1399 broadband plan]. I have launched many complains regarding this on your helpline number([protected]) but nothing has been done till this date. First complain that i launched was on 29/12/2010 for which i got the service request complain number for phone number [protected] is[protected] and with this the assurance of my problem being solved within 24 hours of my first complain but till now nothing has been done.
So i request you to look into this matter and get my problem solved as quickly as possible.

AIRTEL/BROADBAND — UNWANTED MARKETING MESSAGES

I KEEP GETTING MARKETING MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL TO ACTIVATE MY BROADBAND, WHICH I VE DISCONNECTED 2-3 MONTHS BACK. I SHALL GET BACK TO AIRTEL, IF I WISH AND DON'T WANT MESSAGE TO CONTINUE.
