Airtel — broadband no [protected] not interrupt working for the last 2 months

Sir my broadband is not working properly and get disconnected every 15 min.the last two months for this i have been lodging daily complaint to 198 customer complaint executives. Today to my great surprise on 29 august 2012 an executive advice me why do not you get disconnected your broadband and take the services of the other providers? On his insistant i have to lodge my request to disconnection the broadband.
