[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Bill against shifting charges which was never done | |||
Hello, I have a airtel broadband connection in pune. i paid for 6 months in advance. After 2 months i had to change the flat in the same Lane. I raised the request with airtel. They charged me for that shifting. However shifting was declined on the basis of no connectivity in the building. Latter someone from the Airtel showed up and took permission from society secretary for some DB box installation. Now it has already been 1 month and airtel has sent me a bill charging me twice for the shifting which was never done. I am an expat. Do not know what to do about it. My money is stuck with Airtel which I paid in advance for 6 months usage. Thnaks Blanca Was this information helpful? | |||
