[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — rate change,charging more without usage | |||
Dear, sir/madam subject to above airtel broadband often user first took 899 unlimeted plan used for 8months but iwas not able to pay as the bill i was getting around rs 1350,i requested for cancelation but they reinvited for a new plan ie, 649 plan with 20% discount,but still iam getting bill with rs 1030/- per month.iam fed up with airtel people i want to cancel airtel broadband connection immediatly. with regards, srinivas j (ph- [protected]) airtel no:[protected]. charging more why?
i am using airtel broadband connection sitll dont send any bill last 3-4 month and extra charging and due date charge. And also without information cut my net last month 29-06-09 to[protected] why that is not my problem that is air tel prob why i will pay extra, i dont need dsl i phon for that but not deactivate i never pay for that. airtel services doesnt take any action

i was using airtel broadband connection & i had send a mail to airtel that plz cancel this connection on 17/06/2009 but they doesnt take any action & now they r saying that u will be charge upto 13/07/2009plz take an action against them
