Airtel / Broadband — Send a Fake Agent and collected money from me

Hello Sir/Madam ,

My name is Bhrigu Dutta. I have registered with Airtel website for new broadband connection on 26th june,2012. the same day their salesoffice from Chennai called, verified my details and sent an executive to my house on 27th June,2012. I told the agent I am going to use it for business purpose so I need a telephone line and a best broadband plan. He suggested I go for 2 MBPS-30GB plan which costs 1299/- . He told me if I pay the money in advance , there will be no installation charges and this offer is valid only upto 30th june 2012. SO I paid the money accordingly and he promised me I will get the connection by SUnday 1st July 2012 .I asked for his business card but he told executives dont get business cards, so he dont have any . If I dont get the connection by SUnday 1st July 2012 , I can call customer care and give his mobile number, they can identify him. When I did not get the connection on due date , I called him but his mobile phone is switched off till today ! I called the bangalore customer care number and nodal office, but nobody helped me. SInce I have a job, I cant run around all the time, but since Airtel did not do anything, I wen to Indranagar office , where they asked me to be touch with Online Sales Manager Pranay. I sopke to him in his mobile number [protected] once, but after he received my complaint, even he too is not responding to my call now . The Airtel branch office in Kundanahalli called me and accusing me its my my fault that I did not check the agent. I asked them how did the agent got my information and my broadband request information in first place if he is fake, the person from Airtel Kundanahalli office was laughing at me and was rude. their office number is[protected] .
Please help me as I am have lost the money for no fault of mine and this is my company's money. So I am in abig problem !
