[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband Service | |||
Dear Sir, After implementation of new billing system all bills are inflated and you will be forced you to pay those. Today, I got a call from the Airtel office( Achutha M S – Airtel Karnantaka) to settle my account by Paying Rs. 3000 ( Actual Amount) in place of Rs. 7500.( According to them) and agreed that they had problems with billing systems. Also, he agreed to reconnect my broad band Service with in next 48 Hrs. but now they are forcing me to make the remaining payment and till that time my broad band service will not be reconnected . On 17th of March, 2011 i applied for Airtel Broadband Connection. After waiting for about 10 days i didn't get any update regarding the status of my application. When i called customer care they told me that it's not possible to provide broadband connection in my locality. But by that time they already withdrew the amount of RS. 699 from my account. Now when i am calling them for the refund of my money they are simply ignoring my call.
Request you to please do the needful.
